Luxmetics is the A-to-Z K-Beauty partner for US aesthetic professionals. We connect Korean brands, devices, operators, and educators with the clinics, distributors, and retailers building the next generation of K-Beauty businesses in America.

Built to fix a broken bridge

Luxmetics was founded by operators who had worked both sides of the K-Beauty market — and watched the same breakdowns happen over and over.

On the US side: clinics waiting six months for product they were promised in six weeks. Distributors stuck with MOQs they couldn’t move. Importers learning about FDA labeling requirements the hard way.

On the Korea side: world-class brands and manufacturers losing US partnerships to language gaps, regulatory translation errors, and intermediaries with no operational accountability.

We started Luxmetics to be the team that closes those gaps — not by passing messages between parties, but by operating projects end-to-end on both sides of the Pacific.

How we operate

  • Operators, not brokers — We don’t pass emails between parties. We run projects. Our teams negotiate, comply, train, and ship — on both sides.
  • Both sides of the Pacific — Offices in the US and Seoul. Bilingual leadership in every meeting. Korea-time and US-time coverage as a baseline, not a perk.
  • Long partnerships, not transactions — We measure success in client retention, not invoices closed. Most of our work comes from prior clients adding their second or third pillar with us.

  • End-to-end model — From discovery through ongoing partnership, one team owns the project. No handoffs, no translation losses.
  • Korea-side relationships — Direct relationships with manufacturers, regulatory advisors, and clinic operators in Korea. No third-party middlemen between you and the source.
  • US-side operations — We don’t disappear once the container ships. Our US team handles compliance, training, launch, and reorder cycles in your time zone.
  • Operators with skin in the game — Every senior team member has opened a clinic, imported product, or operated on the Korean manufacturer side.
